Totally not recommend visiting after their renovation. The waitress and waiter claimed I didn't put my number buzzer on the table after I asked them to check my bill. Worst service ever!

Good food and staff, but what is up with the number of flies in the restaurant? We were constantly swatting them away during our meal. Yucks. This happened on 17 Apr 2025 at about 3:30 to 4:30pm. Please sort it out.

The delivery service never improves; orders are always late. The management at this outlet is lousy. They can't even prepare a single item on time, making riders wait 15-20 minutes. Dine-in customers are prioritized. Lousy merchant.

Not sure if the food portion has been reduced recently. Previously, when I dined in and ordered takeaway, the portion was fine. But this time, this is all the chicken I got Are you feeding toddlers? This isn’t even a student meal, where I would understand a smaller portion due to the price. THIS IS ala carte LOL. I gave feedback to the staff, and she said they only give 90g of meat. Previously, the meat was smaller in size, hence it looked like more? What? That aside, the male staff at the door was nice and polite. Food was yum as always, but they need to relook into the portion.

Located at Level 4 of Jem. There aren't many seats in the restaurant, so customers may have to wait to be seated. The restaurant was full at 1pm on Saturday, so please take note. They do not accept reservations. Food is tasty, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Serving of the food ordered is fast. Food portions are reasonable as well.

The service crew for the 17/08 lunch shift was excellent. The queue was managed very well, and customers were quickly informed about how their order and seating arrangements work. The food arrived extremely fast, considering how crowded it was when I visited. The service crew were also quick to clear up the tables. The service crew were extremely inviting and friendly. One person asked me how my day was, and the interaction was lovely. Another served our dishes professionally. Everyone else was juggling the crowd like a pro. I am truly amazed by the service crew here!

The food is quite heavily seasoned; some might like it, some might not. Do take note that you need to self-collect your drinks and sides.

Nice Pepper Lunch experience. Their menu is extensive, and the queue moves very quickly. The taste is awesome, and the portion is filling. Really value for money!

I recommend visiting this Pepper Lunch outlet during non-peak hours, as waiting times can be up to an hour during peak periods. I came here around 2pm with my friends and there was no waiting time at all. The food was PHENOMENAL! It can be a little pricey, but there's a student deal going on for $8-$10. I loved it very much and would recommend this Pepper Lunch outlet.
