Had my dinner here recently. I ate a special cheesy omelette rice with beef, while my partner had the healthier beef and salmon. The food was okay. However, one thing to note is that bigger tables are reserved for larger groups during dinner time. Two people are not really allowed to sit at those places.

We ordered beef rice with different add-ons. One of the portions had lesser beef. The seafood spaghetti came with chili powder on it; after mixing, the dish became too spicy, so beware. The seafood itself was fresh. Pricing is steeper than average. Service was good. The service staff helped us locate a table. We used a QR menu to order and pay. However, the last step after payment required us to approach the staff/cashier to scan a final QR. We could have easily missed this step and waited unknowingly for our food. This was only caught due to a check on frx credit. Non-online ordering is available outside the dining area to the left. They also do take-out. Once you dine in the restaurant, you will smell of it for the next few hours at least.

The soup is less than half a bowl. How is this even justified? I asked the kitchen and they said it's according to their scoop. I guess the scoop has shrunk. Come on Pepper Lunch, you can do better.

Had dinner at this outlet. Queued for 10 minutes. Order and payment are via QR code. If you order sides and drinks, a buzzer will vibrate to notify you for self-collection. Food is served within a 10-15 minute wait. The food is tasty, but I found it too oily. If you are health-conscious, this is not for you. Leaving the place, my body felt greasy and my clothes lingered with the smell. Can't wait to go home for a bath!

We cook ourselves and add the sauce in our own desired quantity. If it doesn't taste good, then it's my cooking! The hotness of the Teppan maintains for a long duration here compared to some food courts where I had to rush the cooking. You don't need to rush here; I can even get the crisps of claypot rice.

I have tried the seafood pepper rice. Taste-wise, it was good. However, I still feel the price is quite high for the food. I had to pay $17 just for a normal portion of rice. The atmosphere is good. The walls have many interesting things on them, making it a good spot for photos.

Nice food. The food was prepared swiftly, arriving less than 5 minutes after we sat down. Good service. The staff was helpful and recommended dishes to order. Will be back to try other food next time.

Delicious fried rice, but the beef portion could be more generous for the 'Jumbo size'. The staff were nice. The ordering system was a bit confusing, though; you had to scan the QR code at the entrance and order through the website, but still needed to go to the counter to collect your number buzzer. The price is on the higher side, with food costing in the $10 - $25 range per person. Overall, great food, just a little pricey and the system is slightly confusing.
