Mediocre food and horrendous service from the staff. I was excited to try the vegetarian burrito bowl, but to my dismay, it wasn't that good. The staff just smashed the vegetables and drizzled very little sauce on my bowl. What's even worse is that they were incredibly rude and lacked professionalism. I really am not going back here; I wasted $7 on this burrito bowl.

I used to come to Stuff'd regularly. Yesterday at Stuff'd JEM, I saw a cockroach on the glass covering the food. Disgusted and horrified, we told the young Chinese guy at the counter. He wiped the area with a cloth and was done, but we could still see it moving over there. I don't think I will eat here again. Please conduct pest control for this shop and the surrounding shops due to a roach infestation.

To share my recent experience at the JEM branch. The food wrapping was too loose, resulting in the filling falling out while eating. I observed that disposable gloves were used without being changed when handling both receipts and food, which raises hygiene concerns. Overall, the food handling and standards at this branch require improvement.

I bought a beef wrap and daily bowl for dinner at the Jem outlet. I usually enjoy Stuff'd food as it is a healthier choice without compromising on taste. However, I would like to highlight the lack of efficiency in processes and SOPs, especially at the Jem outlet during peak hours. Despite having only three people in front of me, I waited close to 15 minutes for my turn to reach the counter. The lady taking orders seemed distracted by the multiple delivery orders that kept coming in and chose to prioritize them, even though I was standing right at the counter. This also caused delays for the customers ahead of me. There appeared to be enough manpower as others were engaged in different tasks, but the focus on delivery orders created a bottleneck, causing the queue to grow and my wait time to increase further, even after placing my order. When she finally completed the delivery orders and returned to me, she completely forgot what I ordered and proceeded to add vegetables, which I had specifically asked not to include. The wait time, coupled with standing beside the hot kebab stove, plus the forgotten order, spoiled my entire experience and dinner. I must add that the lady tried her best to serve the crowd, but the lack of SOPs and assistance from other employees truly sealed the bad experience. When I subsequently told another staff member about the need to review their processes during peak hours, I was met with a blank stare and a somewhat miffed look, as if my feedback was an unnecessary scolding. Stuff'd management, please review your processes to make them more lean and efficient. Otherwise, a 20-30 minute wait just to get takeaway food is unacceptable!
