In the future, please instruct your Foodpanda riders to contact the person who ordered the delivery while they are delivering the food, in case they send it to the wrong address. It happened today, May 18, 2020, around 12:15 PM. It was sent to the wrong address. Very angry and disappointed. Poor service.

The cupcakes were very messy. Some of the cream had a sour taste, and they didn't seem fresh. They were never handled properly. It was such an embarrassment to surprise someone on a special day. I thought of buying them, despite being pricey, because I was expecting nice and top-notch cupcakes. Very disappointed.

I must complain about the very rude attitude of the current staff at the shop in the downtown shopping mall on Sunday, May 21st, in the afternoon. From the beginning, her face was very cold and stern. I initially thought she was just an unfriendly staff member. However, I noticed that the packing tape was applied incorrectly, causing the paper bag to be open. I asked her to reapply the tape. Her face turned stern again, and she appeared annoyed. I felt quite uncomfortable looking at her rude expression but tried to endure it. At the end, payment failed continuously via the machine, even after trying two different credit cards. We mentioned to her that there might be an issue with the machine. She rudely insisted that the payment machine had no issues, 100%. Instead of stating this rudely without evidence, she should have offered cash payment or other payment options. I am very upset by her impolite attitude. I hope you will give her a warning to prevent this kind of situation from happening again.

I ordered a birthday cake and stated in the notes that I wanted candles and a knife, but Twelve Cupcakes did not provide them. This is my first and last time ordering from Twelve Cupcakes @ Downtown East. I called, but no one answered. Bad service!
