I ordered online on 14 Feb at about 12:05 PM and paid online. Once submitted, I did not receive an online order number. When I went to the counter, I approached your staff member, Eileen, and she was very rude to me. I told her about my situation, and she answered me very rudely. Please look into this. Can you please teach your counter staff manners? I made an online order on 23/5 at 11:45 AM and came to the counter to collect my order. The lady at the counter was rude when I collected my order; she seemed unhappy and just threw the order at me. Please look into this. I ordered online on 15/7 for lunch, Crabmeat Egg Fried Rice, and found an eggshell in it. Please look into this.

Tried Wok Hey for the first time. Affordable price, fast service. I tried egg fried rice with grille

Tried Wok Hey for the first time. The price is affordable and the service is fast. I had the egg fried rice with grilled chicken. Taste-wise, it was okay, a bit bland, and I'm sure the preparation could be improved. The place is quite hygienic. The portion looks small, but it's certainly not; it's quite filling for one person.

I was a fan of wok hei two months ago. However, in my recent da-pao of the fried rice with chicken cubes, the meat was spongy and felt undercooked. True enough, I had bad diarrhoea after one meal. Please review your meat handling procedures to ensure it is fully cooked. At least 20 minutes are needed for chicken to be cooked properly. I will refrain from eating wok hei for a while.

Have been hearing feedbacks on the fried rice being comparable to ding tai feng so decided to try it

I've been hearing feedback that their fried rice is comparable to Din Tai Fung, so I decided to try it out. FoodPanda pickup is slightly cheaper than the retail price, and you also avoid the 30-minute or longer queue during peak hours. I ordered the healthy version, which comes with one protein and one vegetable of your choice. It wasn't too bad, and I thought it was better than the fried rice at Kopitiam Square. It's worth trying, and I'll definitely order the standard fried rice next time.

Delicious fried rice and fried ramen! The dishes don't have that oily zi char smell. First time trying their Shanghai fried rice; the photo made it look like it would taste salty as it's darker compared to the normal one, but it actually doesn't. Each Japanese rice grain is nicely fried, not sticky. It's a pity they use frozen prawns. Additional side veggies like broccoli, white mushroom, or baby spinach are equally good. Do try the fried ramen too! Thumbs up!

Not a bad dinner. The waiting time was only 10-20 minutes, it was quick. They only offer delivery and takeaway for this wok hei. I really like their prawn fried rice. It was really rich in flavour for just a simple fried rice. The portion was just nice for me, and the price was reasonable as well.

I bought a crab meat dry laksa for $11.80, but there was no crab meat at all. I emailed the outlet manager, and they responded very quickly. The customer service was good. They will be refunding me the amount I purchased. I will definitely come back and buy more, given the great service, and I hope this won't happen again. Although I was a bit disappointed, the management managed to solve the issue very quickly. I am now waiting for the amount to be transferred back to me. Thank you.
