Ordered a Yakiniku set, and the amount of beef was so little that you could see the mountain of rice with just a few slices of beef. A Gyu Don is supposed to be covered with a top layer of beef. This outlet used to be very good when they first opened. I've been coming here for quite a few years now, and I've noticed the quantity of meat on the rice getting lesser and lesser over time. Sad. Maybe next time I should go to Yoshinoya. They are really good too, with a good quantity of meat, excellent service, and reasonably priced.

Let me start off by saying if I had written this review a few months earlier, this place would have received 5 stars. The decline in service standards has worsened drastically. The food now takes a long time to be served, the staff are less professional, and the place has questionable cleanliness standards.
When this outlet first opened, it was run by a different team, and that team was great. Now, they provide fewer condiments. The condiments are not available at every table, and it is difficult to get their assistance as they hardly pay attention to events outside of the kitchen. I also spotted a baby cockroach at the sink area, and an employee noticed it but did not take any action.
Although nothing has changed with the food quality, the drop in service standards is definitely off-putting. I will still visit, but less often.

Had the medium half-boiled egg gyudon ($5.9) and 3-piece chicken karaage ($4.5). The runny egg and tender beef were really nice, but the karaage was just alright. Service was really fast, though there wasn't a queue, so perhaps that was to be expected.

Sukiya is always a good choice! The food is consistently decent and comforting, plus the price is so affordable. I've stopped eating at food court Japanese stalls because Sukiya is cheaper and better.

WONDERFUL beef rice bowls! Apart from the taste (okra or spring onion bowls), it's great to be able to choose the size so you can either indulge or watch your intake. Free Hojicha! Service is efficient, pleasant & friendly. Went to the Square 2 outlet with a wheelchair, and the staff were mindful to offer a table that was easy to get to and with space (outside) to place the wheelchair within reach and line of sight!

I visit this branch occasionally to satisfy my craving for beef bowls. The choices are great, and they occasionally feature promotions on new dishes. The place is clean and conducive to a pleasant dining experience. Betty and her colleagues consistently deliver cordial and professional service. She is attentive and remembers her customers well. Great service!
