It was very hot eating there, hence 1 star for atmosphere. I will not return to this outlet. I ordered through the QR code and provided feedback that there were no spring onions listed on the online menu. The staff just looked back at me cluelessly. I know spring onions are available on the physical menu as I've eaten at Sukiya multiple times, but if it's not available on the online menu, how am I supposed to order? The staff probably needs more training.

Had a bad experience during lunch here. I had to chase away a bird perched on their black skylight frames. Another bird was perched on the ledge higher up, but it's no longer visible in my photo. Bird droppings landed on my sleeve, as shown in the photo taken after I wiped it off. The wet spot is still visible. This spoiled my appetite. I hope the restaurant owner and mall management can address this issue.

The food is good. I always order from Sukiya, but I ordered the half-boiled egg gyudon through Grab from this outlet on July 12th, and the egg was missing! Disappointing :/

One of the few food places open after 9pm at Marina Square. Delicious as always, and I appreciate the waitress giving us another egg after the first one accidentally slid off the bowl. The yangnyeom cheese gyudom is very nice!

The takeaway kiosk is super efficient. Order via the machine outside, pay by credit card, and wait inside on the chairs if the restaurant isn't full. Pickup is within 10 minutes. It's fuss-free, with the same food quality. They even provide ginger and chilli powder!

Although it was near last order timing (9:20pm), we were allowed to dine in. Thank you for the crispy karaage; it's the best I've had in the Sukiya Singapore chain. The food was good overall, and the hardworking staff created a pleasant environment.

Hi there, special thanks to Ms. Belle and the chefs who handled the order on the spot, offered delicious recommendations, and prepared the meals for collection at the appointed time. Wonderful food and service. The Karaage portion could be more generous (as of currently, not sure how the future will be). May these people and the restaurant be blessed with better prosperity, better salaries, and goodness. Thank you for the delicious food again, will drop by often. ‍♂️ Sorry for the low rating on atmosphere; privacy in a public setting is greatly appreciated.
