We were disappointed with the service at the CP1 outlet. We ordered a cake to celebrate Father's Day. When my husband collected the cake, the staff did not pack a plastic knife. We had to look for a knife while our guests waited in the event room. Then I realised they also forgot to pack the extra cheese sampler that I ordered. After the party, we had to make another trip to collect the cheese sampler. By then, all our guests had left. All these small things made the whole experience very frustrating because our guests didn't get to eat the food we ordered.

Today, I visited The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. A staff member named Intan gave me a very unpleasant death stare and was extremely rude in her attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I believe basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained. I hope management looks into this and ensures better service standards in the future.
