The coffee was okay. However, the Chinese staff member wearing a black shirt and spectacles was very rude. They rudely informed me about the one-hour dining limit only after I had made payment, while I observed others sitting there without even ordering. The place also has poor ventilation, with a strong, greasy food smell. If your staff dislikes taking orders, perhaps consider investing in a self-order kiosk?

Went to this branch today, 20/7/25, around 8 pm to get the cheesecake. A young lady named Nadzirah was at the cashier doing something. I approached and said hello, but she ignored me. I tried to be understanding and asked nicely, "Can I have the Oreo cheesecake?" Without manners, she replied annoyingly, "Can you wait?!" with irritated body language. My advice is: don't work in the service line if you don't have passion and patience. People come to your store to get food and drinks. We speak to you nicely, so why do you need to answer rudely? Even if you are busy, you have no right to reply that way. Then her colleague attended to me nicely.

The person taking orders at the counter did not attend to me in a friendly manner, and their professionalism could be improved. I was given a time limit of an hour from when I started dining at the restaurant to stay because I was studying, although there were other tables available and vacant. This order was given by the manager, who I believe may also be the same person working at the cashier. Lastly, the food itself was bland and tasteless. I have had better experiences in other Coffee Bean outlets.

I asked for a breakfast set. One staff member came, but she didn't know how to take the order. Then another one came, and she also didn't know. Finally, a third person took my order. I wanted a breakfast set with a hot latte. The latte was cold, and the chicken patty was frozen. I asked them to change it, and they did, but it was still cold. I decided not to say anything further and didn't ask them to change the coffee because they seemed unsure of their jobs. This isn't my first time at Coffee Bean, and I'm a member, but everything was awful today.

This Coffee Bean outlet is the worst Coffee Bean I have ever visited. The staff were rude and the service was not up to standard. The SG60 breakfast was terribly prepared; check out the photo. I had the same breakfast at the IMM Coffee Bean outlet, and it was very good. I love Coffee Bean and have always been a fan, but this outlet really turned me away. I hope the management will do something to rectify the problem.
