I visited on New Year's Day and it was very crowded. So, it wasn't entirely unexpected that the service level was lower than I had anticipated. I ordered using the self-ordering machine without any issues.
The problem arose while waiting for my order to be called. I believe the confusion happened because the orders weren't being called in consecutive order, and the number display only shows one order number at a time, leading to the assumption that they are called sequentially. It was also apparent to me that the food was being prepared faster than it was being packed and served.
The spicy chicken sandwich I received was quite good, with a satisfying crunch to the chicken and a good kick from the spice.
All in all, I would still return to this outlet, but I would likely avoid visiting on weekends and public holidays.

Ordered the chicken tenders but they all came looking so sad and small. I am a big fan of Jollibee's chicken tenders, and the usual standard is more than double the size of what was given to me by the Bedok outlet. I've seen other reviews also noting this issue; please do better.

The chicken was okay, but not quite to my expectations. The fries, however, were very few, especially considering we ordered a large size.
Service was as usual. At least the kiosk machine was working well.
The atmosphere was also fine during my visit. Not bad.

Disappointed. I wanted to eat the spaghetti, but it was never put in the bag. I ordered 2 sets of Chicken Joy with Jolly Spaghetti and a double patty burger. When I reached the office, there was no spaghetti inside. I tried calling the branch, but there was no answer either. I wasted money on 2 spaghetti portions for nothing.

Everything was fine except for one staff member who was very rude and dismissive. He keyed in orders according to his own whim, for example, entering 'spicy' and 'Coke' when they were incorrect, because he simply didn't want to speak to customers and hoped they wouldn't ask for changes when he provided the wrong order. Customers waiting to order after me were blatantly ignored because he was not in the mood to take their orders. Honestly, it was the worst experience. Everyone else was great; please remove him from any customer-facing roles.
