I was rather disappointed with my experience at Stuff'd in Bishan Junction 8, particularly with the wait time for in-person orders during the evening peak hours. While I understand that it's a busy period, the outlet appears to be severely understaffed. The few staff members on duty were clearly overwhelmed, juggling both walk-in customers and a high volume of online orders. As a result, in-store customers were left waiting for a prolonged time, often without any updates or acknowledgment.
I hope the management will look into improving manpower during peak periods to ensure a better balance between walk-in and online service. This would greatly enhance the customer experience for everyone.

Queued for more than 30 minutes for a daily bowl, and this kind of wait time is a repeat occurrence. Also, for the first time, I saw a staff member wiping their forehead with the back of their palm and then using the same hand to handle food orders.
I don't think these are problems with the staff but with management. The outlet is only staffed with three people. During peak hours, they have to handle dine-in orders, food delivery orders, prep/kitchen work, and cashier duties, in an environment that is probably hot and stuffy. It is not an easy job. The long wait times and hygiene concerns should be addressed.

Super rude staff.
This was a female Malay staff with glasses, slightly short (to clarify and ensure the wrong staff are not affected).
Firstly, she scooped the satay chicken with ALL THE OIL into my bowl?? Why would you do that? My whole bowl is drowned in oil now. Look at the pictures.
Secondly, I asked her if they had the seaweed (Stuff'd used to have the normal big kind of seaweed, not the artificial green stuff). She automatically assumed I wanted the artificially green one. I said I didn't want that and would like broccoli instead if they didn't have the seaweed I liked. She frowned at me, raised her voice and said, "I thought you want seaweed?!" She kept arguing with me, saying that I wanted seaweed when I kept telling her that I'll just take the broccoli instead since they didn't have the one I wanted.
I don't understand why she doesn't know how to communicate politely. Maybe she likes to take her anger out on other people.

I ordered a quesadilla and a burrito, both of which I believe are supposed to come with sour cream. However, when the staff was making the burrito, she noticed the sour cream wasn’t dispensing properly and simply skipped it instead of refilling it or finding a solution. While making the quesadilla, she didn’t add sour cream either. When I asked whether sour cream is normally included, she replied with, “Do you want it?”—as if it were optional. After I said yes, she reluctantly squeezed out what little was left, clearly much less than the usual portion.
I find this behavior very disappointing and unprofessional. If a standard ingredient is unavailable, the staff should refill it or at least inform the customer, not quietly skip it. This kind of service feels deceptive and disrespectful to customers.

I asked for the chicken daily bowl right at the beginning, and the staff member serving the meat had the audacity to tell me there was no chicken. There were no other customers. Your staff knew from the start that there was no chicken, and no one informed me before I started choosing my sauces and toppings.
It was a very unpleasant experience. Your staff stared at me as though I was obligated to select another main. Why should I have to pay for food I'm not interested in consuming?
Options that are not available should have been mentioned right at the beginning before the customer orders, or at least made known by striking them out from the menu.
FYI: The stewed chicken was horrible.

Ang Lay Kheng visited Stuff'D at Junction 8 and ordered a salmon bowl with 5 stuffings. Including avocado, it cost an extra $1, totaling $9. It was an enriching experience. Will try again.

Good and generous portions! I love their kebabs and daily bowls. The kebab is perfect if you're a light eater, whereas the burrito is bigger and super full with ingredients! Super generous portions. Staff are super friendly and swift, truly a blessing. Will definitely come back! Have ordered delivery multiple times and the food is always still warm, delicious, and fresh! Food tastes fresh and everything was swift. Love how healthy yet yummy the food is!

The staff was unfriendly, and the portion was insufficient. When I raised this issue, the staff didn’t bother to explain.
I initially left a negative review, but I just received a prompt and helpful response from Jessica through their official website contact channel. I am very satisfied with how professionally and positively she handled my concern, so I’ve updated my rating to 5 stars.
Actually, I really enjoy Stuff’s food; it’s healthy, delicious, quick, convenient, and reasonably priced.

Food is okay, but don't expect much chicken, as they haven't changed the price at all for many years. There's always a very long queue, or you need to wait for collection even when ordering via Grab.
