I ordered curly fries (L) and a fountain drink for dining in (total $8.25). It was pretty fast for pick up, but unfortunately, the curly fries were soggy and not crispy, and not even close to warm. A very disappointing experience... glad I didn't order the wings

Ordered the 8 pieces of boneless chicken, but the portion didn't seem like 8 pieces; it was more like 4 to 6. The taste was very normal. The Korean fried chicken tastes much better than this. My wife suggested we give it a try, otherwise we wouldn't have come in. The waiting time was too long. It also seems the wings are only popular with teens and students.

Food came out cold after waiting 40 minutes for the “made to order” items. It wasn't even our complete order, as the mushrooms arrived after an hour. We ordered for dine-in, but as you can see from the picture, they packed it in takeaway boxes. At the cashier, it was also stated that the estimated waiting time was less than 15 minutes. I didn't complain about the cold food because I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes for them to refry the chicken. We opted for dine-in so our food would be hot, only to wait and receive cold food. They have so many staff in the kitchen for what?

I'm not sure if it's just me, but all the chicken pieces, from boneless wings to tenders, are bite-sized. Their tenders are about finger length. Taste-wise, it's good, though. The ranch is fine. Other than that, the chicken is below par. I understand it can be extremely busy during lunch hour, but there's no one managing the takeaway orders. Staff aren't bothering to check receipts, and the takeaway packaging is as messy as ever, with sauce spilling all over the plastic bag.

More than 33 bucks and yucks. Chicken was tasteless, soggy, and oily. I had the lemon chicken and Louisiana rub boneless. The service staff made us wait 5 minutes before taking our orders while she was busy chatting and laughing with her colleagues. The place was dirty and messy. So, definitely not going to come back. Oh, and the nicest thing was the mushrooms were okay.

Ordered the Louisiana boneless wings. For $9.50? Worth it. That is, if it actually tasted good though; it was way too salty. The service was quite okay. Too noisy, but it's a mall, so what can you expect? Overall, I would come back for the service, but not the food.

Food arrived in about 15 minutes, despite the wait time being estimated at around 30 minutes. The online ordering process was simple, and many payment methods were accepted. The food was hot and crispy (I ordered the Louisiana Rub Tenders and Signature Seasoned Fries).

Kudos to the staff at the SingPost outlet! I had accidentally placed an online order from the Jurong Point outlet and was unable to collect it from there. Although the staff couldn't help contact the Jurong Point outlet, they still gave me my order and I wasn't charged for it.

We were a little wary of coming here because of the reviews but were blown away by how great the food was. We came around 1:30pm on a Saturday afternoon and ordered from our table via QR code. The sign said 15-30m wait, but our food was ready after only 10m, piping hot and so fragrant. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Very tasty!

The food was superb and tasty, especially the recent promotion on the Hot Honey Rub, which was hot, mildly spicy, and had a touch of sweetness. Service was efficient this time as I didn't wait long for my order to be ready, even though the place was packed.
