All my food was delivered cold, including the mains and sides. The wrong drink was delivered, and there were no chilli flakes or grated cheese, again. Such a disappointment as I like Pezzo pizzas.

Ordered food through Foodpanda. I only ordered two items: a chicken lasagna and three slices of pizza. When my order arrived, the chicken lasagna was missing! I reached out to Foodpanda about this, and they have yet to provide a refund for the missing item. I'm so disappointed with the service. To top it off, the pizza was cold and unappetizing. I will never order from this place again.

Ordered at 6pm, but by 9pm, there was still no pickup. I had to go down myself to collect the order, which was an inconvenience. When I arrived, the two ladies were chatting. I tried calling them on the phone, but they never answered and kept hanging up. When I asked one of the ladies, she blamed Grab for not assigning a rider. This is ridiculous because the app indicated a kitchen delay. When I asked if my food had been sitting at the counter for over two hours, she pretended not to hear me, despite my voice being clear. She was giving me attitude. I repeated my question, and she finally said yes. She didn't even try to improve the situation by offering to reheat the food; I had to ask her for it. She then did it with an attitude and showed me a bad face. I was already inconvenienced by waiting and having to go down physically. On top of that, the staff had a bad attitude and didn't offer a single apology. This is ridiculous.

Northpoint Yishun. Very disappointed with the staff on Friday, 17/5. I purchased 3 slices of pizza for $13.90 but did not receive a receipt as proof. I was unable to earn points due to the company and staff. Very poor service. I also provided feedback on IG and SMS but received no reply back. MIA.
