The service was not good. On one occasion, when food was sent to my table, cutlery was not provided. Today, I had breakfast there. When the mug ran out of refillable tea, I went to the counter and asked for a tea refill. The staff member told me she would add hot water! This is not right, as there would be no taste left! And she was a crew leader! Thanks to the older lady staff member who understood and brought me the refillable tea.

Weekday morning. Hardly more than 3 tables of customers. I ordered a coffee and needed table service as I was alone with two large bags to look after. I waited for 20 minutes, but no coffee arrived. I left my belongings to ask at the counter, and the service staff seemed perplexed by the order. They checked with colleagues but still couldn't figure out why it hadn't been delivered. They asked me to return to my seat. A staff member then returned and asked to see my receipt again. Finally, my coffee was delivered, about 24 minutes after ordering. This was surprising, given that there wasn't a crowd, with hardly more than 3 tables seated and seemingly sufficient staff, yet they appeared confused.

We waited 50 minutes for delivery from the Fajar outlet, despite living only four blocks away. Our order was missing one burger. The rider left the items outside the house, and hot and cold drinks were mixed in one bag. When we called to inquire about the missing item, we were told to request a refund on their app. What kind of fast food service is this? It's totally inconvenient for customers. The person on the line said it was just one burger missing and that we could request a refund. What did we pay delivery for? McDonald's should improve their delivery service or consider closing it down. I never liked going to the outlet either; they are always short of staff and the tables are often uncleared and dirty.

Worst cappuccino I've had in a long while. McCafe prices have been creeping up, but please improve the barista game if McDonald's wants to increase prices. The cup was full, and coffee overflowed through the cap opening. The temperature must have been 100 Celsius, and it tasted super diluted. I went back to the barista, who gave me an annoyed look and just changed the cup without acknowledging the issue. The new cup isn't any better! (See pic) I bet the barista doesn't even know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte; how can the milk volume be the same as a latte on the second attempt? And the temperature is scalding, made worse by not giving a cup sleeve. Your coffee is worse than a vending machine's.

The staff in the photo I added below was rude. McDonald's clearly showed "Now Serving" on the screen, and my order number is 2530. I ordered three ice creams, which shouldn't be that difficult to make. I went to the counter and showed him my order receipt. He scolded me back, "Order not here yet la!" So rude. The food was only okay.
