Please do not patronise the Nex outlet. The amount provided is extremely little and not worth your $8. Photos are attached; I took out every single piece of chicken, and that was all that was given, along with a single broccoli. The bowl was half filled, almost as if it was half eaten.
I've been a long-time customer here, but I won't be coming back to Stuff'd anymore. The ingredients are no longer premium, and the sides are no longer special. Subway is more affordable, and GYG is better and much more consistent.

I have been a frequent buyer of the chicken daily bowl for years, and today's purchase was so disappointing! The bowl used to be filled to the top, touching the plastic lid, and when I finished it, it made me full. However, the portion I got today was only half-filled. I got the chicken daily bowl with 3 types of veggies and 5 toppings, nothing more, nothing less – just the regular daily bowl. Each time the staff scooped the food, it felt like a sprinkle of ingredients topped off with a load of air. I finished everything in 15 minutes and didn't even feel full. I still had to pay the full price when I only received half of what I paid for? So ridiculous.

First time trying Stuff'd here. I'm a big fan of the food and have tried it many times at the Jem outlet. This will probably be my last time here.
I wanted the satay chicken burrito and the mac & cheese because I love it. The staff member seemed puzzled (or annoyed?) and said I had to add $1 for the mac & cheese. I agreed.
Then, my food was passed to another server. I asked how many more items I could choose. Her answer was ambiguous. I wasn't sure if I could choose more items because the sign stated 5, and I had already chosen mac & cheese and the chicken satay. I wanted broccoli, but again, she said it would cost an additional $1. The previous server then came around and clarified that I could only choose the 5 items listed on the menu.
At this point, I thought, 'Whatever lah.' I just asked them to add another item and give me my food.
If I'm allowed to customise my food, why do they seem annoyed when I want to do so?
The satay chicken burrito itself is nice. However, I ate only half of it and trashed the rest because the service I received was not good. I felt like a chicken being rushed to make up my mind.
Thank you. I shall stick to Stuff'd at Jem.

I recently had a very bad experience with the food quality at Stuffd. The chicken was wet and boiled, the beans are too thick these days, and the mashed potato also doesn't feel fresh. I used to eat here every day at one point, but recently the quality and freshness of the food feel very different.
